Greg Gilman "Skinny"
Founder

Born and raised in Kingston, Jamaica, Greg launched Skinny Man Entertainment in 2011 — a DJ booking, entertainment, and events company that grew into one of South Florida's go-to operations for nightlife and hospitality audio. He came up as a DJ, producer, and audio engineer, performing for crowds of tens of thousands at events like Calle Ocho and holding residencies across South Florida. As the installation side of the business took off, he founded Level Three in 2021 to focus exclusively on A/V systems integration for hotels, restaurants, nightclubs, and commercial spaces.

As an audio engineer and consultant, Greg has worked with manufacturers including DAS Audio, Ambisonic Systems, Xilica, and Origin Acoustics, advising on product efficiency and real-world deployment. Through Level Three, he's led A/V buildouts for major hospitality brands including Hilton, Marriott, Westin, and Hard Rock, handling everything from system design to commissioning. He also spent time with Eldred Consulting Group in Coral Gables, engineering audio for celebrity weddings, festivals, and large-scale hotel installations. Gibson Pro Audio and BurgerFi International are among his brand endorsements.

Darrin Young "B-Side"
Business Development Manager

Darrin brings over two decades in the pro audio industry with a career that reads like a who's-who of the business. He started at Stanton Magnetics in 1999 and helped grow the company into the Stanton Group — a portfolio that included Cerwin-Vega and KRK Systems. When Gibson Guitars acquired Stanton, Darrin was one of a handful retained to support Gibson Pro Audio, traveling worldwide to train distributors and lead product demos at international trade shows.

He went on to become Vice President of Sales & Marketing at DAS Audio of America, where he drove a 300%+ increase in U.S. sales and oversaw the full audio integration at PH Live inside Planet Hollywood Casino. He also served as Director of Sales for North America at dBTechnologies. He holds a degree in Psychology and has won multiple awards for patented audio designs. On the creative side, Darrin is a globally recognized DJ with production credits that include George Clinton and remixes of Erykah Badu, Kanye West, and Limp Bizkit.

Courtney Taylor
Director of Custom Integration

A Berklee College of Music graduate and two-time Grammy-nominated recording engineer, Courtney grew up in Jamaica and cut his teeth as a sound engineer at Sandals Resorts, designing and integrating audio systems across the resort chain's Caribbean properties. That hospitality-scale integration experience became the foundation for everything he does at Level Three.

On the live side, Courtney spent 10 years as Front of House engineer for Third World and has mixed for Pharrell Williams, N.E.R.D, Stephen Marley, Robin Thicke, A$AP Rocky, Far East Movement, and Common — at stages including Ultra Music Festival, MTV World Stage, and BET events across the U.S., Asia, and Europe. He's an official endorser for LEWITT Microphones, Black Lion Audio, and Solid State Logic. At Level Three, he leads bespoke system design and tuning — translating that world-class live and studio ear into one-of-a-kind commercial installations.

Ricardo Cann "Ricky"
Lead Field Engineer

Ricardo is a pioneer of Jamaica's audio and hospitality integration industry. In 1979, he founded Audiolab Sound Service and went on to hold audio contracts for all Super Clubs hotel locations, Wyndham, and Sheraton properties across the island — along with more than 70% of Jamaica's nightclubs between 1980 and 2000. He was designing and installing sound systems for hospitality venues decades before the modern integration industry existed, building everything from scratch in an era when the infrastructure simply wasn't there.

When internet services became available via satellite, Ricardo launched a new venture — SatMaster VSAT Services, a satellite communications firm serving the Caribbean and Latin America out of both Mandeville, Jamaica and Coral Springs, Florida. He's an authorized regional partner for SES satellite services. At Level Three, he brings over 45 years of hands-on audio and field engineering experience to every installation.

Ray Colmaneras
Systems Integration Manager

Ray came to Level Three with a background in IT, coding, and low-voltage infrastructure — a skill set that translates directly into the networked, IP-based audio and control systems that modern hospitality installations demand. Over the past few years, he's been training under the full Level Three team, absorbing system design, DSP workflow, Dante networking, and field integration from some of the most experienced people in the business.

As Systems Integration Manager, Ray coordinates equipment procurement, rack staging, programming, and quality assurance across Level Three's active projects. His IT background gives him a natural edge on the networking and control side — from switch configs and VLAN architecture to troubleshooting Dante flows and verifying signal chains before anything ships to the jobsite. He's the connective tissue between engineering, logistics, and the field crew.

Mark Ullrich
DSP Engineer

Mark brings nearly 20 years of dedicated DSP expertise to Level Three. He spent over a decade at Symetrix, rising from inside sales to Senior Systems Support Engineer to International Sales Manager, where he oversaw worldwide distribution and technical sales. He then joined Xilica as Senior Manager of Application Sales, eventually leading Solutions Engineering for the Americas. He recently founded DSP Theory, his own consultancy focused on networked audio DSP systems across luxury marine, residential, and commercial markets — bringing that deep specialization directly to Level Three's projects.

His specialties include audio DSP design and programming, room tuning and acoustic optimization, control system integration, and Dante networking. Industry press has called his ability to communicate complex DSP concepts to any audience his "superpower." He's been featured in AVNetwork, ProSoundWeb, and FOH Magazine.

Jon Fishman
Lead Lighting Designer

Jon is a touring lighting designer who has spent years on the road with some of the biggest names in music — designing shows for Doechii, Luke Combs, Ed Sheeran, and A$AP Rocky, among others. His work spans arenas, stadiums, and festival stages, giving him a deep understanding of how light shapes mood, energy, and audience experience at scale.

At Level Three, Jon brings that concert-level lighting sensibility to architectural and hospitality spaces — translating the dramatic, immersive approaches he uses on tour into permanent installations for hotels, restaurants, casinos, and nightclubs. His addition rounds out Level Three's full-spectrum integration capability: audio, video, and lighting under one roof.
